Morroco is an unknown quantity at this point
PR depend on quality sub-domain!!
I read it some where that sub-domains could be the better way of increasing the Page rank of the site. I have never tried it but when I researched about it I found that mostly PR depends on the quality of the sub-domain.

What do you think guys??
