Sold site ranking dropped in yahoo!!
I sold a website about month and half ago that was enjoying very good rankings on Yahoo under some well-liked search phrases. Just about a week ago, Yahoo dropped these rankings significantly (one went from #3 to #29, the other dropped off the chart). The purchaser of the website is very upset to say the least.
Could the fall in rankings on Yahoo have been due to the sale of the website and the domain registrar ownership alteration, or was it most likely just by chance? Did Yahoo go through an update about a week ago?
