Well, since graffiti is only illegal when it's used for defacement, you shouldn't have any problems.
Banksy has his stuff plastered everywhere, so it's unlikely that you'll have any problems, so long as you're not breaking any hosting terms... You're not doing the graffiti yourself and graffiti artists don't tend to claim ownership of their work when it's not done somewhere that's been offered as a legal graffiti wall.

Obfustication: Making code more complex and harder to read without damaging the functionality of the application (usually a form of protection against reverse engineering and code theft as encrypting may not be an option).
