Some Changes at 9MB

There are 2 changes at 9MB.

The first change is that new users cannot reply or start a new thread in the marketplace. They need to get a minimum of 10 posts first! Ofcourse they can view the whole marketplace, but not participate if they don't have the required minimum of 10 posts.

The second change is that there is a new sub forum in the marketplace. This forum is for the members to advertise their site. If you have a blog, forum, directory or whatever and wants to get a bit extra traffic, you can post it up there!

I hope these 2 changes are good additions to 9MB!

What i like in here and other boards (International ones) is allowing other members to post their own sites. This is awesome. In Turkey people do not allow advertising if they have a big forum or whatever which is vey bad.

Thats why i`m here i like this community and its rules.
