My friend need help!!!

I have a friend who have some problem with the domain. He have asked about this in another forum but didn't get very satisfactory answer so i thought I should ask here about his problem. I have quoted his thread below so guys give me the solution to the problem. Thanks!!

I have some trouble, please help me and suggest me for further!
I have registered a domain http://www.aawaaj.org.np when I type the whole www.aawaaj.org.np on my browser's address bar (both IE and FireFox) page don't display but when I type the aawaaj.org.np or http://aawaaj.org.np the page display properly on my both browser. I want to mention here that when I put the proxy setting on my browser the page display on both condition! where is the problem ? it is making me very disappointing !
