Just checked eBay and saw that Yahoo.is is up for sale at a starting price of $100,000

Big TM issue ofcourse! I would not buy it! (I also don't have that kind of money lol) But yahoo can take it back at anytime!

Yes, I agree immense TM issue. That's probably why he is selling it now. If Yahoo wants to get .is then they won't pay for it, they'll sue you or get it off you. Or else he would be crazy selling it now.
