How many domains do you own?

I think this is interesting questions so I usually ask this in all forums I join. How many domains do you own? How many are active? Any premium domains?

I still own 100+ domains. About 30 are active. Maybe 3 premium domains.

5, all complete.

I used to get caught up in having so many site ideas that I would just about register them everyday, but then I learned how to manage my time.

I personally have about 150 domain names. Only a couple have actually been tampered with. I think it really does come down to managing time with them. If time and money were unlimited I would be delegating more but for now it's all on me. I see the domain names as virtual real estate investments.

I guess I have about 50, I've not looked into using them all for income, I just don't have the time, the projects I work on I quite intensive.

Around 30 domains for me, though I'll give up at least 10 of them when renewal comes around (bad domain names for ideas I never had the time to implement in the first place). Looking to start buying better domain names now that I have at least an idea of what I should buy.

Hmmm. For me I currently own 2 domains (Ah!) and I currently have an unregistered name I plan to buy in the next few days. I am personally not a big fan of hording domain names as I have found people often spend as much money on upkeep for their domains as they make from parking or reselling the few decent domains for money.

I also think that buying and reselling domains hurts most webmasters because it removes good names and costs a lot of money for those who need a specific name. There has been legislation proposed to ship this practice, but sadly it hasn't happened yet.

I think I the most domains I have had at a single point was 6 domains and I don't see much reason to have more then 4 or 5 since I generally try to run only one or two sites at once. I sadly cannot give all that much of my time to developing sites and thus I try to make a few great sites rather than many small useless ones.
