It's never too late but making *serious* money might be a differnet story. Then again, if you're in it just to make money then it's too late

It is not to late to start any site in any niche

It just takes your dedication and if you want to make it big and successful, you will make it

Good ways are to earn from banners / links / reviews (like Luke said )

You can join a CPA network and use banners to advertise. You can check mine out. Some other ways would be once you build up your traffic and have a lot of page views a day you can sell 125x125 banners on a per month basis or text link ads. You can use sites like adtoll.com or textlinkads.com. There are many ways to monetize a blog.
