I see sites get different pageranks!

for example www.statcounter.com had a pagerank of 10 !! Now they have a pagerank of 9 !!

Definitely movements going on in the pagerank scene!

Yes, pageranks are updating. I don't know why my site didn't get increament in pagerank?

Even I submitted my site in many free directories. they didn't help in getting PR

I am using blogger and after some directory submissions and also link exchanges for few months only my blogs tends to reach out into PR ranking. I mean I don't have any idea why it is so. But I remember not posting any articles for many days there but now am back with it and do some posting again. Bit weird when it comes to PR ranking.

my site started on 10th Jan 2008 & today on 27th Jan my site www.warrock-hacks.com got PR2
