Choose a guy that has experience! Ask about their sites, what did they create? what kind of programming language do they know? can they design?

Important to know when you start a partnership

And yes.. DiscussMMA.com is a great domain to start a forum on that topic! One of the bests I guess around, exclusing MMAforum(s).com

I'd be glad to help. I've got a lot of experience with forums (admin of 2 and moderator and a handful of others), plus I've decided to get into BJJ and TKD so I'll have some MMA experience. If you're still looking for people hit me up.
