You can also try search status (fire fox add-ons) ...it do high-lights no-follow links

I think the no follow link highlighter as firefox add on works wonders. It is very time consuming to view page source and find no follow commands on every blog you go to, when your building links.

I've been using a tool called 'Search Status' - a mozilla add-ons and it really helped me a lot in checking out no-follows on certain web pages.

Go to the source and just check for no-follow attribute of Link tag.
