A European Union court has dismissed Microsoft Corp's appeal against an EU antitrust order that ordered it to share communications code with rivals and sell a copy of Windows without Media Player.

They have been fined 690 Million dol$$$! Well, I guess a days earnings lost. they are too big for anyone to mess with. I am sure they will move to the higher court and walk out cool. This case has been around for sometime now,

I read it somewhere that they are planning to move to higher court and I think they will make full use of the opportunity.

They have the option to move to higher court which they will definitely going to opt for. I personally think that they should move to higher court.

It is not so easy as it seems to be. There are so many hurdles in the fighting a case which is beyond imagination. It would be better to just wait and watch!!
