There are so many site which have animated emoticons and that too free. I think you need to search a little bit in Google and you will have loads of sites having emoticons. Some of them are here......

There are loads of emoticons on the web. I do not think you have to roam here and there for emoticons. Just go to Google page and type free emoticons and you will so many of them.
