Google Referal payout system changed Badly !!!

The current payment structure:

You get $5 who makes $5 (in 180 days). You get $250 for referring someone who makes $100 (in 180 days) and if you refer 25 people who make $100 within 180 days you get a BONUS PAYMENT of $2000.

Now the new payment structure:

The new structure is going back to the old one, you only get $100 if you refer someone that makes $100.

Guess Google was losing too much money on this one!

And even worse news:

If you’re outside of North America, Latin America, and Japan, AdSense referrals will be retired.

I think it is a tax issue for other counties such as Australia.

I don't think that was the issue, Their referral system was too good to be true in some cases hehe, It was just a matter of time before they were turning back the time
