Ebay Auctions and Affiliate

Finding good products to sell on Ebay takes some research but you can make some extra income with some effort.

Also, if you don't have products to sell yourself you can take advantage of the affiliate program and earn that way.

Anyone want to share their experiences with ebay?

What types of products have you been trying to sell and have you reserched if they sell well?

If you do an advanced search you can choose the option to see if others have sold similar products. It will help you find out if your product is popular on ebay or not.

Well i dont think that becoming an ebay affiliate will help that much. It depends on the quality of traffic and specially people from trier 1 countries only buy goods like that from ebay. Its still quite new in Asia and many people are reluctant to buy that way.

eBay is something I try to stay away from even though it works for some people - I guess there is risk in everything to do with sales and especially sales online - but I'm still adversive towards it.

Well I sold many items with E-bay India and I must say E-bay is best for this. I got good prices for those items and best sell was on Nokia's phone which gives me 10% more prices than markets.

I used their affiliate program but no one ever bought a product from my site. I have sold my MP3 Player on ebay and I got good price.

Sorry to say this, I tried to sell two domains, but never made it, I gave that for a very cheap rate, but none of them bid for my items, so I conclude ebay is waste for those who do small trades

About 7-8 years ago, I did a lot on ebay and made pretty good money. It was a lot easier then. There are so many scam artists out there now and the fees are so high that I'd rather give stuff away then be bothered with it. I've recently found a couple of local auction sites and I'm going to try those and see how they do.
