I only have one web site and am finally making over $100 a month again now that I have recovered about half of the visitors I lost last year (from moving and renaming my pages). It seems about 1,000 visitors a day is the minimum I need to make $100 or more each month.

Carl what was the site that you developed to earn that kind of revenue?

I would seriously be interested in hearing more about that. Could you blog about that if you have yet to do so?

I make just over double that with one of my older sites. My new sites not so much I'm afraid. I'm kind of splitting my time between three projects so getting any one of them up to that sort of level isn't easy at the moment.

I never make much on Adsense. I had one site and four blogs but just recently sold the site, so now I am down to the blogs. It is more a hobby for me and if I can make enough to support the hobby then make a profit on the sell I am happy.

Nomar is on a distinguished road
Currently I am trying to make at least 100 a month from adsense, currently making 80 a month and that is not good.

I agree MafiaMaster, every site needs some work
Every site needs work and every site needs to be worked in its own way. For example, viral marketing works great for an arcade site or a site that I am planning (secret secret, I'll show you all when it is done), but for a site like a blog or something along those lines, that sort of marketing wouldn't work quite as much. Yes, some viral would work, but you'd need to figure out other ways to get people to your site other than just viral. Revenue from Adsense will come as you continue to work hard on your site and continue to grow with it. Each and every thing you do to your site to make it better is going to pay off in the end; it just takes time and energy.

btw, I read before that some people manage to make money displaying adsense on their pages when their traffic comes from adwords...

I am lucky to get that amount. For some reason lately the clicks I do get are rather low. I am still not sure that google adsense is my best option. I have to wait until my site has been up and running before I can even get involved in a few others.
