Yes, paid links are one of my biggest income streams.

I have a PR 5 site and some lower PR websites.

Currently I am aiming for a PR 6 website and if that happens I can really start selling some valuable links.

Imagine if you can sell sitewide links for a monthly price of $ 50. If you sell 10 of those, that is a very easy $ 500 extra income.

Yea that would be an excellent income. Although require more maintain but for 50 bucks a piece, I think you will manage to find time!

It is hard to achieve pr6 but not impossible. All you need to do is work on your content and back links. Get as many as backlinks you can. And you will see your pr is growing.

PR7 is hard to get as there ant many of them (that I have seen).

I am with Luke, 6 is achievable for most sites with hard core promotion. But more than PR6 will take some genuine organic backlinks and real authority in the niche. I have not seen much >PR7 normal sites.
