You have a very sharp text logo Great job. I do not like the advertise banner beside it though. If your going to make it a question use only the one question mark maybe and do something to make the font blend better. I would suggest just adverting your google ads there or something. Over all though I think you have build a great place for people in the area to network and discuss topics.

That is a very nice site. Well designed and I love the domain name, very nice one.

You have a lot of members, but the average post per member is less than 1. How is that possible???

Can't reason it out still, Nomar. Well People are too lazy to post even in general section. I guess I need to do lot more hardwork or even a contest in near future.

Contests are a great way to keep the forum active, but the problem is that once the contests are over, people seem to vanish at some places, so the best bet will be to have some good way to keep the users on the site and give them some incentive to be there. And since the site is for indians, i think it will take some time to catch up as that seems to be a general trend in my experience. Word of the mouth is more valued than anything else. . . .

True anand...I had another forum in the past...only during the contest month people posted and as soon as it ended....nobody even logged in.

That sucks navjotj, what kind of forum was it??? what topic? and how many members?? what kind of contest?

That forum does not exist now....it was a forum for smf webmasters and contest was in May for 75$ prize.
