New light design - please comment

We have re-made our website and unfortunately to make it load faster have had to remove several hard-loading parts to make it load and function faster.

Unfortunately there is no mirror to previous version with flash insertings. But if anyone could suggest what else could be modified to make website more lighter, that would be great. And generally - please comment - is it long time to load?

Yes I agree, your loader is slow takes time to view the content. Although the content is very good quality, although if i stumble on this site, I don't know if I would stay if I got it off google, I would leave for the speed.

I think you might want to do something a bit different... Maybe some PHP or something more basic? Very slow....
