Have you checked it with different browsers? It can be a ie related issue.

yeha, sometimes it is.. but when you refresh.. it will be right (sometimes)

Its looking really neat and clean, but the right side is looking very empty. Nothing is there. You can utilize that space as well.

Nomar, the layout is broken in Firefox. the sidebar is not appearing there. it is appearing in the bottom instead. however in IE it is appearing absolutely fine.
