How much is it worth?

Hello there!
I would like to hear your oppinions of how much my imagehost www.picrun.com could be worth. It has about 70+ visitors per day without no advertising, its a original script and it has PR1 so far. The earnings are quite bad atm but I guess I'm not using the right advertising methods. So, how much do you think it could be worth atm?

And a second question, how could I increase the value of the site? Don't really wanna sell it before I made it optimal.

Really? Thats pretty much more than I expected ^^ I still think it's pretty fun working with the site and so on, and would like to increase the value of it. What factors do people think of when putting a bid on a site like this (which I can affect)?

I could make the script better and more stable, improve the design abit, increase PR and try to imrove the alexa rank.

EDIT: Maybe trying to rank high for a keyword like Imagehost on Google would be nice, what do you think?

"image host" got 117,7 searches / day according to the Keyword Suggestion Tool at DP. Is that too few searches to add a value, or is it just the thing to rank number one for Image Host that adds the value?

The site is looking good, to the point, visitors can see whats it all about! good point!

The backlinks is a problem, it could use some more backlinks!

If you rank high for "image host" you will get more visitors yes, and that will spice up the value of your site!

It is a nice site kalle ! keep up the good work with promoting etc, than you can sell if for a nice amount
