It's a very pleasant design indeed and it reminds me of the old design for the Beryl compositor \ effects engine for Linux, which also used the whole transparent border thing.
A few issues I have with it though are that it has clearly been designed for resolutions higher than 1024x768, meaning that it scrolls horizontally for me (stupid 23" LCD screen not taking higher resolutions) and the main content blurb looks a little messy.
You also made a typo as it should say something like:
Quote:
Also, you can find jobs related to web design, programming etc.
This site also offers tips & tricks on all the various aspects of web design.

Instead of:
Quote:
Olso , you can find jobs related with web design , programmers etc.
This site offers olso tips and tricks in all that contains the web design domain.

Not big issues where the writing is involved, but it adds to the professionalism if your spelling and such is correct.
While I'd let it slide as I doubt English is your first language (being from Spain and all), someone who just randomly stumbles across your site through Google may see this as a big issue.
P.S.
How do you people actually manage to live without the sun being constantly blocked out by clouds?
I took two weeks off work in May to go to Spain and I swear, I have never been so hot in my life... And I've held burningly hot lumps of metal without protection without being burned...
I think it was somewhere around the mid \ high 30's, but it never really goes much above 25 here without it being the end of the world.
At least your stuff is less costly... Guinness is £5.00 for four cans here and only £1 or so in Spain (and England is right next to Ireland!).
