It's nice. But you just re-sized a wallpaper. To me, it's too much pictures which looks bad when it's loading. This won't work so much because you cannot have more content than that section has. or if you only write a bit of content, it will look way too big for it... Look up some web designs online and do something similar. Will take much more time, but the end result will be much more profesional and that is very much important in the world wide web.

yea the background its a wallpapers,,, the clouds and the rest ived made them in ps , is true there are alot of images ... i will make something like preloading so the the images load better...

I think you should go into more areas like CSS. As more website are more simple, only with colours and very few images. I think this would be a lot better to start making to make more modern web designs.

I think the other template looked a lot more profesional for a template design website. This is is quite different, it's original I think.
