i think that the subject says it all. i need a list of free hosting with no banner, pop-up or any kind of ads.

Why don't you go check Google I'm sure you will find something there.

Oho, there are plenty.
For example, http://newsit.es , http://freehostia.com , http://hyperphp.com and so on. These ones I used and freehostia is good.

Paying money for a host is much better

Agree, free hosts are good at the beginning, then they will get crappy, forced ads etc

(I did the same, I had a free host )
