We are not organizing it or encouraging it only sharing pictures.

I'm looking for a host who would allow the sharing of graffiti images and articals.

Well, since graffiti is only illegal when it's used for defacement, you shouldn't have any problems.
Banksy has his stuff plastered everywhere, so it's unlikely that you'll have any problems, so long as you're not breaking any hosting terms... You're not doing the graffiti yourself and graffiti artists don't tend to claim ownership of their work when it's not done somewhere that's been offered as a legal graffiti wall.

If you aren't sure you may want to ask your hosting company about it. They'll give you a better answer than us. But as adulu said it normally need to follow the laws of the government of the local hosting company. Although if you aren't influencing anyone into doing grafitti and post only pictures i'm sure it's legal.

I don't really think it would be a problem as you can just say the owners of the wall did it or something... but you could ask your web host.

I asked the owner of the hosting company and they said its allowed.

Also one quick question.

I have an unlisted Whois info, If the host were asked would they reveal my name and address?

Graffiti is a big problem in my country and I dont want to get in much trouble,Im trying to stay as anonymous as possible

If the web hosting company was served with legal paperwork from the court, they would have no choice but reveal your info.

I don't think you'll have a problem though as long as you don't participate in graffiti yourself.

Im sure if you put up a disclaimer that you are not promoting the activities and you are just displaying the art. Then i dont think you would be in any trouble at all.
