Your servers must be hosted in UK, you must offer excellent customer support, you must be able to provide hosting on both Linux and Windows and support both PHP4 and PHP5.

If you're looking for hosting might I suggest hosting servers by 1and1 or even hostgator , I have 1and1 myself and just love it.

I would suggest sambahosting if you are looking for good servers with excellent technical support. but their prices aren't so cheap....
