I came across that plan about 4-5 months back. And its still valid. But their not supporting paypal is a big loss for me, as I can pay only via paypal! I hope they will support paypal in future!

People, I want you to remember something. They say that they will give you hosting for a year as well as two free domain names. Now, let's start thinking about it. Assume you wanted to offer hosting. You might get a dedicated server, right? Now...Let's just say that you got that dedicated server for $200.00 a month. You'd have to somehow sell $200.00 worth of hosting each and every month to ensure that you just broke even. Now...For twelve months, that'll cost you $2,400.00, right? Now, let's divide that 2400 by ten and see what we get 240. So, you would need to set up 240 accounts. That's cool. Except I doubt you'd be able to offer that many GB of transfer and disk space to each of those accounts individually.
So, what does this mean? It means that they are overselling! It means that if they have 1000GB of bandwidth available, they are offering 5000GB of bandwidth in total hoping that NO one will get so high that they'll start realizing they don't have all that much bandwidth. Because hosting is basically buying something you'll never touch, you can sell more than what you have and get away with it. I know I don't use all my hosting, so in a sense, they could sell what I don't use to someone else. Now they are offering domain names as well. So, that's another twenty dollars, let's just say. That's another $4,800 if it's only for 240 clients.. So, the grand total that they are going to need to sell is MORE than the clients they can offer. Their system is totally screwed up. They're offering so much damn hosting and these free domain names and they're not making a penny of profit. Now it makes me wonder how they can do this. Don't trust companies like this. You're just going to get screwed.
