Yahoo pc to phone subsciption

Hi:
I clicked on the pc to phone subscription button and filled out the subscription form for 10 dollars worth. A response came back and said "Thanks for subscribing to Yahoo Voice." I said to myself "here goes". I've already got problems with Yahoo messenger and I haven't even got to use it yet. How do I get this mess cleared up. They took my money and I don't have what I signed up for.

There is a phone keypad in yahoo messenger and you can actually dial the phone no. from this and call anybody from your pc. Its just like making a call from phone. Use your headphone and mic to talk.
